Overview

While we strive to provide our customers and clients with the best experience possible, the nature of custom spiritual products makes returns and refunds a difficult area to navigate. For those reasons, we only offer refunds on a case-by-case basis.

If we deem that your purchase is eligible for a refund, your item must be unopened, undamaged and it must be in the original packaging. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for the return and you must be able to provide us with your order number.

 

Refunds

If we approve a return, once your package is received by us, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund upon inspection of the returned item.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your credit card or original method of payment.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

 

Shipping returns

When returning a product to us, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item as once the item is with a postal carrier service, we have no control over how it is handled.
