While we try to always use the same candles as shown in our pictures, we may not always have the screen-printed image candles available. When this happens, we will use a 7-day glass candle in the same color without any imagery on it. The images that you see on some of our candles do not add any kind of extra power or energy to the candle work… the images are simply used as a focal point and nothing else.
All of our candles are dressed, fixed and blessed by hand, right here in our shop using a blend of herbs, roots, oils and other natural materials.

What Information Do We Need From You?
After you purchase a Shut Up candle-burning service from Bayou Root House, we will contact you via email and request a few pieces of information from you. The information we need includes:
- Your full birth name
- The name of the person that needs to stop talking negatively to or about you (if you know who they are)
- Any other details that you think may be important for us to know before we begin the work
What Happens After You Place Your Order
After you place your order and we gather all the information that we need, the work begins within 48 hours.
Before we get started, we cleanse a new candle for you and baptize it in the name of the target. Next, we fix it with various oils, powders and plant materials. We pray over your candle daily until it is complete (5-7 days).
Once it has finished burning, we perform divination to determine if the work went well and advice for moving forward. You get a copy of this report as soon as it is available.
